The pyrotechnics have taken years of careful development. Each pyrotechnic is hand crafted for reliability and consistency. They have a selection of different effects to choose from in order to control the history and trail of sparks emitted from the aircraft wings, which gives the team the unique ability to perform anywhere.
They are also leading the industry with innovations that enable them to fly their formations at night and even coordinate ground based fireworks, drones and lasers
The team are always keen to explore and incorporate new technologies into their displays. This year, AeroSPARX added LED lights to their aircrafts. With over 12,000 lights that can each be individually colour controlled from the ground, these lights provide an incredible spectacle for the crowds below.
